Safety Certificates UK is a matching network for workplaces and landlords. We arrange independent assessors across England, Scotland and Wales. We do not assess in-house. We are not a regulator.

We exist to match a job to an assessor. You tell us the premises and the document you need. We match a suitable person from a nationwide panel and coordinate the visit. The assessment itself is done by that independent assessor — not by a Safety Certificates UK in-house inspection team.

Safety Certificates UK is not a regulator. We are not the HSE, a fire and rescue authority, or a licensing body. We do not prosecute, licence premises, or “sign off” a building as legally finished.
Fire certificates under the Fire Precautions Act 1971 were abolished when the Fire Safety Order came into force in 2006. If someone has asked you for a “fire safety certificate”, what you almost certainly need is a fire risk assessment.

That is an intended vetting standard for the people we match — not a claim that PASECOM GROUP LTD or Safety Certificates UK is itself BAFE-certified, UKAS-accredited, ISO-certified, or a 5-star inspection company. Those badges, where they exist, belong to individual assessors or to schemes they join.
